CGTA Core Certification
Every agent must complete CGTA Core before becoming active — even if you already have a degree, a professional license, or outside certification. Core teaches the ERUVO operating system: our rules, our trust protocols, our AI tools, and how we deliver reverse supply chain services.

Agents may handle business information, warehouse visits, inventory verification, customer contact and asset review. Every agent is verified before activation, and re-verified every 6 months.
Background verification is bundled with your certification — details and fee are shown after your application is approved.

Your existing credentials count.
Bring your degrees, licenses, certifications and experience. We verify them and display them on your agent profile — improving ranking, pricing, eligibility and client trust. They complement Core, they do not replace it.

Every agent carries a Trust Score. Higher Trust Score = better ranking, better assignment eligibility, and higher payouts.

Agents stay active only if weekly training is complete, background checks are current, compliance testing is done, and certifications are valid.
Certificates & Digital Badges
Core certificate, specialty certificates and digital badges with expiration dates and renewal requirements. Not permanent — kept alive by ongoing compliance.
Admin Reporting
Live dashboards for enrollments, active/inactive counts, training completion, test results, certificates issued, renewals due, background & compliance status.
