Our Certified Global Trade Agents (CGTAs) may work in commercial facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, ports, construction sites, industrial operations, healthcare facilities, retail locations, offices, and private properties.

ERUVOCHAIN agents are expected to wear and use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment required by the client, facility, project site, or applicable regulations.

Site Safety Requirements.
Every client location is different. Agents are expected to:
- Follow all client safety policies and procedures.
- Attend required site safety orientations.
- Comply with site access requirements.
- Follow restricted-area rules.
- Report hazards immediately.
- Stop work and notify the appropriate contact if unsafe conditions exist.
- Follow emergency evacuation procedures.
- Respect security and confidentiality requirements.

ERUVOCHAIN agents are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times, including:
Respect for client personnel and property.
Professional communication.
Privacy and confidentiality.
Drug and alcohol-free work environment.
Violence prevention.

Safety Recognition Program.
ERUVOCHAIN is committed to promoting a strong culture of safety. Eligible agents may have opportunities to participate in safety recognition and incentive programs. Participation requirements, eligibility, and program guidelines will be provided during the agent onboarding process.

Failure to comply with ERUVOCHAIN policies, client safety requirements, the Code of Conduct, or applicable laws may result in suspension or permanent removal from the ERUVOCHAIN network following our review process.
